Ensures proper manners and good posture when talking to VIP guest/s;
Handles VVIP guest/s concerns courteously and professionally;
Assists VVIP and VIP guests with private suites and gaming facilities;
Implementation of health and safety hygiene standards/measures to guest/s and subordinates to avoid health risk hazards (when necessary);
Explains facilities, services, and attractions available for guest comfort and fulfill all feasible requests for the guest with the collaboration of relevant staff;
Serves meals, snacks, tea, and other food and beverage items in guest suites;
Assists guest/s in unpacking, packing, and the selection, cares and maintenances of their wardrobe;
Polishes shoes, removes spots, brushes, presses, performs minor repairs to clothing items, and arranges for laundry and dry cleaning services and return of these items to the guest wardrobe (when necessary);
With the direction of the Butler Manager, organizes and prepares for cocktail and dinner parties, receptions, entertainment, and other functions and services upon request;
Coordinates housekeeping services by notifying the Housekeeping and Concierge of appropriate times to provide cleaning, turn down services, etc.;
Maintains adequate par stock of Food and Beverage items necessary to meet the needs of guests as approved by the Butler Manager; (Prepare purchase request for purchasing department and HOD approval);
Anticipates guest needs, responds promptly, maintains positive guest relations, and ensures guest satisfaction at all times;
Well-groomed and observe professionalism at all times;
Adheres to company and department policies at all times;
Performs all duties with discretion, professionalism, and a pleasant demeanor;
Quick to response on guest/s concerns and provide solutions or refer to the person that can handle;
Articulates and understands all spirits and specialty food in stock;
Proper recording and inventory of all stock wine and spirit collection (as necessary);
Personalized service offered to guest/s (ensure unbiased service to guest/s);
Communicates with housekeeping and other respective department to ensure rooms are cleaned at the most convenient time for guest/s;
Runs errands for guest/s (when necessary);
Ensures workstations are clean and tidy at all times (arrange schedule with housekeeping);
Recommends and arranges amenities for guest/s (based on guest/s profile);
Provides support to company and superior/s when necessary;
Handles guests’ complaints and problems in a courteous, efficient, professional, and friendly manner; (Refer guest/s concerns to related departments, and notify superior/s);
Liaises with internal/external departments to ensure a well-coordinated customer experience;
Conducts random checks to ensure that all services requested by guests through their assigned Butlers are followed and scheduled as requested;
Oversees and maintains Penthouse suites and ensuite in good condition (report and liaise with maintenance and housekeeping department).
