- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety standards and protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification or diploma in Auto Electrical or related field.
- Additional certification from a recognized auto electrician training program is preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as an auto electrician or in a similar role.
- Experience working with modern vehicle diagnostic systems is an advantage.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in various conditions (e.g., workshops, garages).
- Knowledge of hybrid or electric vehicle systems.
- Familiarity with advanced automotive electronics and software-based systems.
