After Sales Manager (Automobile) – Arabic Speaker
We are urgently looking for an Automobile Aftersales Manager experienced in luxury multi brands. The ideal candidate should have vast experience in developing and managing workshop / spare parts sales center for munity brands vehicle.
The ideal candidate have experience in workshop spare parts sector in GCC with skills in below mentioned job responsibilities only should submit their resume:
Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month

The ideal candidate have experience in workshop spare parts sector in GCC with skills in below mentioned job responsibilities only should submit their resume:
- Experienced of workshop / service center management, spare parts and counter sales in Qatar/ GCC
- Plan and implement business development and sales strategy for spare parts and workshop business
- Take part automobile shows and events in order to find potential opportunity to develop sales strategy
- Manage oversee enter aftersales operations, including service, maintenance, repair activities, outdoor parts sales, counter parts sales and car care products
- Developed and implemented customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction,
- Upgrade parts showroom and workshop services to attract sales
- Manage, Motivate, Train, and provision of leadership to all aftersales team, whose main objective is to provide high quality customer services and maximize profit.
- Daily monitoring of all Aftersales outlet KPI.
- Work to helped top management to identify workflow issues and find solutions.
- Support the team to ensure timely and quality service delivery
- Improved the service process by reducing the average turnaround time
- Coordinated with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement products and services support programs
Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month
