ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Accounts Manager with a strong background in e Commerce and Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, leveraging your expertise to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies that align with clients’ goals and our business objectives.
  • Account Oversight: Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring all client communications, project timelines, and deliverables are on track.
  • e Commerce Expertise: Utilize knowledge of e Commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies to provide clients with insights and recommendations.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and account performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to account management and client success.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or related roles, preferably in e Commerce.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of e Commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with analytics tools and e Commerce metrics.
  • Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
