People Analytics Specialist
This People Analytics Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by providing strategic analysis and insights into our workforce planning and talent acquisition processes. This role involves collaborating with various departments (HR, Finance, Operations, etc.) to ensure that workforce plans are aligned with business goals and that we have the right talent in place to meet current and future needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Workforce Analysis. Conduct detailed workforce analyses to understand current workforce composition, trends, and future needs.
- Workforce Forecasting. Develop and maintain workforce planning models to forecast future workforce requirements based on business growth, attrition, and other factors.
- Strategic Planning. Identify potential workforce gaps and recommend strategies to address them, including talent acquisition, development, and retention plans.
- Data Management and Reporting. Develop dashboards and reports to communicate workforce trends, forecasts, and planning outcomes to stakeholders.
- Scenario Planning. Develop and evaluate different workforce scenarios to help the organization prepare for various business conditions.
- Talent Acquisition Analytics. Collect and analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations; Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track key performance indicators.
- Talent Acquisition Research. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
- Process Improvement. Continuously improve workforce planning processes, methodologies, and tools; Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in workforce planning and people analytics.
- Collaborate. Foster strong cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for workforce planning initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, data visualization tools, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
