You will provide a warm and professional contact with each of our customer’s clients. You will ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction while reaching your career goal and contributing to the future success of the company. As a Customer Support you will:
Receiving telephone calls or chat from Dutch clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning the insurance policy -only inbound!
Processing via a transaction in our client policy administration system, and/or by the writing and sending of reply to letters/emails, information, contract documents, etc., to the insured
Indexation and electronic archiving in our document management tool
Policy changes/Cancellation requests/Making a claim, updating payment details
This position is NOT connected with sales/acquisition - it's only operational support while the customer himself wants to change something in his account
What do we expect:
Fluency in Dutch (min. C2 level)
Communicative English level (min. B2)
You live anywhere in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate there
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
You are looking for adventure in fast growing, international company

What we offer:
Possible start: 6.11
Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
** 1100€ gross x 14 months,
** up to 100€ gross project bonus/month (it is a fixed salary supplement),
** up to 100€ gross performance bonus,
** 7,23€ NET/day meal voucher - given as a pre-paid card
** 20€ / month - transportation allowance
Working time frames: Monday – Friday 07:30 – 20:00 (40h per week, 8h/day) with weekends off
Full time, fixed term 6-months employment contract with prolongation possibility (according to the Portuguese law)
Training is provided at the beginning of the work
