Team Leader Order to Cash (m/f/d)

What you will enjoy doing

You will manage a Order to Cash team for the Dutch market
In addition, you will ensure the processes are in place, are followed and up to date
You will be responsible to ensure that the team handles customers orders and complaints and address to the right department
you are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with business partner, business units, customers and other departments
You will follow team results, kpis and make sure that they are sustainable
You will have monthly escalation meetings
You will actively participate in digitalization and contribute to the digital transformation of our company.

What makes you great

You have University Degree or minimum Secondary High School complete
In addition you can speak native or C2 level of Dutch and English B1
SAP and office knowledge rounds up your profile
You have experience managing teams
You are a good and persuasive communicator
You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation.

This role is a full time position based on an limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 07:00 hrs till 16:00 hrs.
