What you will enjoy doing

You will change and maintained customer 's data on the system
Resolve customer queries that impact the performance of the business, will be part of your day
Ensure that the data received from the customer and sales team is accurately and timely maintained
Ensure good relationship with customers and set agreements
You will actively participate in digitalization and contribute to the digital transformation of our company.

What makes you great

You have a C2 level of French and B1 level of English is mandatory
You have a high level written and verbal communication skills
Customer oriented mindset
You are pro-active and focused on responding promptly to action
We are looking for someone who is passion for solving problems
Ability to work as part of a team
SAP and Office Tools basic knowledge is preferred
Minimum required Secondary School
You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation.

This role is a full time position based on an limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 07:00 hrs till 16:00 hrs.
