    What you will be doing:



    • Develop and Execute SEO Strategies: Create, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic to Fed Ex Express's European websites.

    • Technical SEO Optimization: Conduct regular audits and analyses to ensure optimal website structure, indexability, and crawlability. Address technical issues that may impact search engine rankings.
    • Content Optimization and Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to optimize web pages, landing pages, and other digital assets for relevant keywords, ensuring they align with both SEO best practices and brand messaging.
    • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Utilize SEO tools and analytics platforms to track, measure, and report on key SEO performance indicators, including organic traffic, conversion rates, and ranking improvements.
    • Competitive Analysis and Trend Monitoring: Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies to continuously refine and adjust SEO tactics for sustained competitive advantage.

    What do you bring with you:

    • Proficiency in SEO Tools: Expertise in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz for keyword research, site audits, and performance tracking.
    • Technical SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical SEO aspects including site architecture, schema markup, mobile-first indexing, and page speed optimization.
    • Analytical and Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive business outcomes.
    • Content Strategy and Optimization: Experience in content creation and optimization with a focus on aligning content with SEO objectives and enhancing user experience.
    • Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketing professionals, to implement SEO initiatives.
