Position Summary
The Website Expert is an Above Market Point of Contact, supporting Nestlé e Business Category Leads and markets to drive and accelerate implementation and rollout of the Brand Websites Digital Strategy and help the stakeholders accelerate achieving the objectives / KPIs more effectively and efficiently, by coordinating all projects related with the business priorities.
The Website Expert is also responsible for providing regular performance and optimization reports, share best practices cross markets/categories, managing and accessing markets' requests (on tools, new functionalities etc.). and then coordinating actions with the e Business Category Leads to drive website optimization and efficiency.
Typically, the Website Expert will be assigned to one of the many Nestlé Business Category (Coffee, Food, Pet Care, Waters, Confectionary, Dairy, Nutrition, NHS, Nestlé Professional…).
A day in the life of...
- Supports e Business Category Lead(s) in implementing Brand Website Strategy, assesses brands and market maturity (solutions, ways of working, resources, budget...);
- Advocates the implementation and usage of UX/UI Global Solutions adopted by Nestlé and Nestlé internal shared services (services and recommended tools);
- Coordinates creation of Category Master template and coordinates process of Integrated
E-Business Plan market localization;
- Coordinates Annual Plan market execution, managing stakeholders involved and coordinating to ensure actions and deadlines are performed and met:
- Coordinates and distributes regular performance reports/best practices outline, proposing actions to key stakeholders;
- Gathers feedbacks, initiatives, and requests from markets, evaluates them and eventually share those relevant with e Business Category Lead;
- Supports the e Business Category Lead and market teams with capability building, across Brand Website through training sessions and webinars;
- Establishes and rolls out a governance model, processes, and ways of working with the aim of deploying the Website strategy effectively and efficiently.
What will make you successful
- More than 3 years in website management, digital marketing or e Business (working with large FMCG brands is a plus);
- Proven Experience on coordinating website projects (rollout, implementations, optimizations, enhancements);
- Successfully delivery of KPIs by monitoring and pushing for improvements to markets;
- Extensive knowledge of website end to end process, from development to daily operations, to better coordinate the rollouts and optimizations projects;
- Good knowledge in Digital Marketing;
- Good communication skills;
- Proven English skills: writing, reading, speaking;
- Proven change management experience;
- Team oriented mentality and attitude;
- Results oriented, must be able to deal with complex organizational model and several stakeholders (namely e Business teams, tech partners, agencies, and markets).
