Start: 6th November Hybrid: 2x a week on site Tasks. You will be responsible for generating excitement around services and accurately and efficiently solving emerging issues that customers may face. Assist customers over the phone in an interactive and friendly manner. Attract potential customers by answering questions about products and services Handle inquiries, respond in a timely manner and manage requests Help create an engagement with the customer
