Customer Service Advisor (m,f) German: Cruise Line
Start: 21st October Shifts: Monday to Sunday - Rotative shifts within the schedule below: Monday to Friday: 08:00h - 18:00h Saturday and Sunday 08:00h - 17:00h (occasionally you must have availability from 08:00h - 19:00h) Tasks: Inbound calls Sell cruises packages Cross-Sell or Upsell cruises packages and associated products Customer support for post-booking and booking management Support travel agents with bookings and booking management Support customer with information about a range of questions like destination, boats, documentations, prices etc.
Profile: German C2 and / English B2
Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable).
Previous experience in sales, tourism and/or travel agencies is a plus. Have proved digital skills and diligent worker. Have high attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Have the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally. Being skilled in multi-tasking is essential.
