Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operations related to the buyback of electronic equipment, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the buyback process and grading evaluation.
- Prepare, process, and analyze reports, presentations, and documents, focusing on product valuation and metrics.
- Follow shipment procedures and ensure timely and accurate handling of shipments while maintaining organized records and filing systems.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and logistics partners.
- Coordinate and follow up on action items, deadlines, and project milestones related to buyback operations.
- Assist in the preparation of data analysis and reports to drive decision-making and operational improvements.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of logistics processes and inventory management.
- Understanding of the grading evaluation process for various electronic devices.
- Strong analytical skills to create detailed and accurate reports.
- Behavioral Skills:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding shipping and logistics.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree (+2) in a related field.
- Desired experience in a project management or role ideally in the electronic equipment buyback industry.
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with flexibility based on logistical needs.
- Working Conditions: Office work with regular interactions with logistics partners and customers.
- Fixed-term contract 6 months renewable 6 months
