Description Quality Systems Backoffice Support role is responsible for support necessary corrections to Quality Systems documents to ensure compliance with current group guidelines. This includes documents not yet translated after the carve-out. The individual will work closely with the Quality Team, following their guidelines and ensuring documentation is completed on time. Will also assist in organizing and preparing the necessary data and documents for the Quality Team’s analysis and help close out open topics.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Correction & Compliance: Implement corrections to Quality Systems documents to align with the group’s guidelines.
Guideline Adherence: Follow the directions provided by the Quality Team and ensure documentation is processed according to the defined timelines.
Support & Preparation: Assist in gathering, organizing, and preparing data and documents for review by the Quality Team.
Reporting: Ensure that open topics are properly reported and closed on time, as per the Quality Team’s requirements.
