Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
Within Bosch Home Comfort manufacturing site in Aveiro, you will support several business units and value streams in assuring plant quality by providing support on quality methods during serial production. For that you will:
- Support to follow up performance and effectiveness check on process problem solving (QSPM, PSS, 8D, QG, FMEA, etc);
- Follow up Internal defect costs (IDC) and First pass yield (FPY) quality targets to support value streams priority management;
- Accompany problem-solving activities of product Audit (Q test) and reliability testing deviations (Z test), including blockages;
- Support Zero series process and product approval including Engineering change request (ECR);
- Support A-station process release (APEQ) execution and ensure APEQ process application;
- Support of GQO with his/her tasks with focus on a local market and/or products from plants where LQO is sited.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management or similar;
- Knowledge: understanding of process development and thermodynamics. Knowledge of data analytics;
- Work style: Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt to changes and to seek continuous learning opportunities;
- Personality: Proactive and dynamic attitude, with interest in working within an international team environment;
- Language: Fluency in English, written and spoken.
