The Property Care Project Coordinator is a pivotal role that combines the responsibilities of property management, guest relations and front office. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards across our managed properties while ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience from booking to departure. This role requires a blend of operational oversight, team coordination, and direct guest interaction to achieve the company’s goals in property care and hospitality excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure that company-set standards are consistently upheld across all managed properties. - Oversee the housekeeping team, verifying their performance and ensuring high-quality results. - Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of units, identifying areas for improvement. - Support the preparation of periodic reports on property conditions and propose enhancements. - Facilitate communication with suppliers, partners, and involved teams such as Account Management, Backoffice and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations. - Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless and welcoming process. - Oversee general guest communication, both online and offline, ensuring responsiveness and clarity. - Provide immediate solutions to in-house guest issues, ensuring their stay meets or exceeds expectations. - Monitor guest stays attentively, addressing needs and ensuring overall satisfaction. - Coordinateand and supervise the daily activities of external teams to maintain a welcoming environment in the properties. - Assist the Property Care Manager in day-to-day tasks; We Offer: - Working in a market leader organization; - Competitive package; - Working in a fast growing & international environment; - Have a real contribution and impact in the organization; - Transportation Expenses; - Friendly Environment; - Company Events.
Requisitos : Requirements: - Academic or professional background in Hospitality or Tourism. - +1 years of experience in a similar role, ideal for candidates seeking a mid-position with growth potential. - Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory (additional languages are a plus). - Strong client orientation with multitasking abilities. - Capacity to work effectively under stress, demonstrating autonomy and proactivity. - Attention to detail with a flexible approach to adapting to changing needs. - Strategic problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. - Flexibility to work rotating shifts and rotating days off, with the ability to operate both in the office and on-site at properties as needed.
