We are seeking a dedicated Property Care Assistant to join our team in Sintra & Cascais. Responsibilities: - To ensure company-set standards across the managed properties; - To facilitate communication with different suppliers such as housekeeping and internal teams, to guarantee the best possible outcome for every reservation; - To ensure VIP guest relations communication; - To verify and assert the good condition of the units managed by the company; - Proactively contribute to the development of optimized processes across the Operational departments; - Support in the preparation of periodic improvement reports for the properties managed by the company; - Report directly to and assist in the day-to-day tasks of the Property Care Manager. Requisitos : - Academical background in Tourism or Hospitality area; - English fluency (others will be a plus) - Soft Skills: client-oriented multitasking, capacity to work with stress situations, autonomous, proactive, detailed and flexible - Valid driver's license and access to a car. - Willingness to work rotating shifts and rotating days off.
