The job duties will be the following:

• Full management of awarded projects, including administrative management of projects;
• Collaborate with relevant internal units and research groups to ensure alignment and support for project activities;
• Maintain accurate records of activities, communications, and outcomes to support project reporting;
• Provide general administrative support to a research group leader;
• Plan meetings with external stakeholders, ensuring all logistical and communication aspects are handled efficiently;
• Assist in managing interactions with stakeholders, ensuring timely communication, and fostering positive relationships.

• Degree in Science, Engineering or management.

• Experience in project management and administration, preferably in a research or academic environment;
• Experience in organising events, workshops, or meetings, including logistical planning and stakeholder engagement.

• Good computer literacy and skills
