Product Support Specialist

As a Product Support Specialist at arrivia , you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our travel platform. You'll work closely with our global team to troubleshoot issues, provide expert support, and contribute to product development.
What you'll do:
  • Provide first-line support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, investigate issues, and provide clear and helpful solutions.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to our travel platform, leveraging your expertise in the travel and hospitality industry.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with our product, engineering, and customer success teams to identify and resolve issues, and provide valuable feedback on product improvements.
  • Ensure data accuracy: Verify and validate travel product content, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all channels.
What you'll need:
  • Experience in the travel industry: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer care, reservations, or related roles within the travel and hospitality sector.
  • Technical aptitude: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, and a basic understanding of data entry and mapping tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: A systematic approach to identifying and resolving complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills: The ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Attention to detail: A meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy and quality in all your work.
Hours:
  • Flexible hours: You'll work a rotating shift between 12:00 PM and 3:30 AM to ensure our customers always have access to support.
