**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Italian cheese and pasta production line.
- Ensure the highest quality standards in the preparation and production of cheese and pasta.
- Develop and refine recipes to maintain authenticity and exceptional taste.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to recipes and production processes.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for the freshest ingredients.
- Innovate and introduce new Italian cheese and pasta products to the line.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Italian cuisine, particularly in cheese and pasta production.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Italian cheese and pasta making techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
