To face the exponential growth, we are looking for a Planning and Materials Manager for our stucture in Sweden: Availability: Immediate availability Site: Sweden Role Description:
Act in accordance with quality policy and procedures applicable to the role;
Manage components and raw materials stocks according to orders and business plan requirements;
Receive customer orders and integrate them in the ERP;
Run MRP calculations daily and adjust production planning and materials orders to suppliers accordingly, always taking into consideration stock levels, supplier lead-times and costumer delivery dates;
Monitor and control logistic KPI’s, implementing mitigation actions upon deviations or escalating, in due time;
Raise and manage supplier complaints;
Plan, organize and supervise periodical stock counts;
Liaise directly with suppliers and customers on a daily basis, managing expectations and ensuring that delivery deadlines are met;
Adhere adhesion to internal company processes and procedures;
Adhere Health, Safety, and Environmental rules at the workplace;
Comply with Management Policy and work towards achieving established objectives;
Understand and use applicable Integrated Management System (IMS) documents.
Role Requirements:
Msc or Bsc in Supply Chain & Logistics or Management or Industrial Engineering or another related field;
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in similar position;
IT skills: Microsoft Office and ERP (Sage);
Languages: advanced English;
Experience Planning in industrial environments;
Experience in managing logistic processes using KPI’s;
Knowledge in metalworking/mechanical engineering;
Good communications skills, planning and organization;
Availability to be abroad on a rotation scheme;
Adaptability and problem solver;
Immediate availability.
