What you will do in this role
As an Operations Manager, you will:
- Supervise a group of team leaders, and be primarily responsible for delivering to SLAs and schedule for tasks performed
- Support and analyze project budget and resource allocation
- Handle day-to-day operations with a focus on analytics, coaching, recognition, and performance management
- Interact regularly with the clients to share updates, lead operational and project/ program level reviews
- Be responsible for client and employee satisfaction and reduce attrition by working closely with the HR, while also collaborating with other process owners and training and quality managers to share best practices and drive higher results
- Be operationally focused with a solid understanding of the workflow with skills to handle client interactions
- Manage weekly reporting for all projects and tasks according to each specification and follow up with specific stakeholders where applicable.
- Advocate on behalf of clients and represent clients' needs as appropriate to senior management.
