The Junior Affiliate Operations will be responsible for properly functioning affiliate operations across all company assets. This role involves managing affiliate accounts, requesting and implementing commercial banners and strategies, improving monetization in our websites with new proposals, and ensuring all the inherent aspects to promote our clients in the best way possible. The role will also be responsible for the company sub-affiliation operations with self-management and will report to the Affiliate Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
Create and ensure that affiliate tracking links are in place and working correctly.
Request and implement commercial banner strategies to improve our partner's performance.
Ensure the setup of every company asset in our central system.
Ensure every Partner is set up with all the needed info in our central system.
Affiliate website commercial content maintenance.
Maintain excellence in promoting our Partners in every place, Organic websites, Paid Campaigns, and Social Campaigns.
Focus on developing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Run operations for our sub-affiliation platform.
Ensure affiliates are provided with the latest marketing materials, tools, and support.
Identify market trends and opportunities to expand the affiliate program.
Ensure all affiliate activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
Ensure everything necessary for customers to have the materials that best convert to the best possible quality.
Answer tickets opened by other departments concerning commercial issues.
Requirements
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Fluency in English both verbal and written, and Spanish are a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

A team player with strong communication skills (both verbal & written)
Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms is a plus (e.g., Google Analytics, affiliate tracking software).
