Colep Consumer Products is a multinational leading global player in the contract manufacturing of cosmetics and personal care, as well as a provider of innovative solutions for brands across the world.
The selected candidate's responsibilities will include coordinating, managing, and monitoring the Cleaning & Sanitization process, ensuring compliance with company, regulatory, or customer requirements - including hygienic facility design requirements and GMPs. He/her will also support the microbiology laboratory, whenever necessary.
Main activities and responsibilities:

Create, update, and improve Cleaning and Sanitization processes for the critical products/equipment;

Guarantee the effectiveness of the Cleaning & Sanitization processes and perform the necessary validations (protocols & reports);

Accomplish Change requests related to Plant Hygienic design requirements, GMPs, or C&S;

Participate in external & internal audit issues related to microbiological aspects & ensure adequate CAPA resolutions in a timely manner;

Support the revision of data for microbiological trends that are occurring for FP, RM & intermediates, water systems & ensure action related to OOS are implemented;

Understand & advise on aspects of hygienic design related to microbiological control for the Water Treatment Station;

Training & qualification management of the team members that work in Microbiology.

We are looking for:

Academic background on Microbiology;

Experience in a laboratory (will be valued);

Knowledge of microbiology techniques;

Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and 22716:2007 standards will be valued;

Knowledge of English;

Knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word and Power Point;

SAP knowledge will be valued;

Good communication skills;

Profile with initiative and proactivity;

Organization skills.
