About the job As a talented learning and development specialist focused on program design, you will have a key role in structuring and ensuring the optimal implementation and ongoing maintenance of multiple L&D programs and initiatives, as well as supporting the implementation of talent management practices. You will develop these processes in close interaction with senior leaders across the business from all areas of the company, having to implement L&D practices aligned with corporate strategic goals. You will be experienced in designing new learning projects yourself and indirectly through third party vendors. You will have experience of managing significant programmes, ideally on a large scale, with experience of communicating and influencing across areas and profiles. Key responsibilities Learning and Development Program Design - Design and develop training courses or strands of an L&D program; incorporate specified L&D methodologies and delivery channels; develop relevant content and high-quality learning resources to ensure high levels of learner engagement and achievement of learning outcomes. Competence Programs - Manage and update specific learning paths and competencies development aligned with the programs structured in close proximity to area directors and/or champions. Learning Needs Analysis - Support the identification of learning needs by analyzing performance and competence data to identify gaps in relation to required levels; recommend priorities for Learning and Development interventions. Support Talent - Support the implementation of talent management practices, such as career moves, development and progression actions identified by the plans in place and put into practice according to the company's strategy. External Consultant or Contractor Engagement - Prepare briefings and information for external consultants or advisors to support the delivery of key projects and/or ad hoc services. Monitor and evaluate outcomes and recommend remedial actions where necessary
Degree in Psychology, HR Management, Management, or other relevant fields;
+3 years of experience as an L&D Specialist in consultant and/or IT multinational companies (experience in the IT Sector is a plus);
Proficient in L&D frameworks & best practices.
Instructional Design skills and experience in Designing L&D Paths are a plus;
Proficiency in English;
Experience working in Google Workspace and/or MS Office;
Knowledge of the Workday tool is a plus;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
Experience in Project Management;
