Description:
Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in user support area;
- Knowledge of techniques for handling complaints, questions and issues with clients;
- Skills in client relationship techniques;
- Experience in management applications and decision support tool;
- Organizational and communication skills;
- Proactivity and dynamism;
- Good French level (mandatory).
