Evolve is recruiting for a prestigious client in the Digital Marketing sector with international dispersion and presenting B2B solutions. What are the tasks to be performed?
- Configure and deploy computer and telephony equipment.
- Provide support to users on-site or remotely.
- Resolve or escalate network or system incidents.
- Manage local inventory in conjunction with the purchasing department.
- Technical environment: Landesk, Windows 7 and 10, TOIP, Active Directory, Office 365
- Fluency/native in French and knowledge of the Portuguese language;
- Good communication skills to be able to work with international teams from the Lisbon office;
- Good organization and monitoring skills;
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the area.
- Direct work contract with client;
