Collect, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, anticipating problems and evaluating impacts;
Conduct workshops with relevant stakeholders, sponsors and/or teams to define the solution;
Identify and specify the solution with squad and tribe architects;
Effectively breakdown business needs into requirements contained within a product backlog which can then be implemented in a series of short and iterative development cycles;
Clearly communicate those business needs to the development team by writing user stories and acceptance criteria;
Test user stories during development phase and contribute to increase test automation coverage;
Participate in the organization of user acceptance tests with the end users;
Write and update documentation with content adapted to target audience (Development, Product and Support teams) and deliver training sessions.
PROFILE:
Higher education in Information Technology;
Professional experience of more than 5 years as a Business Analyst, in an Agile context, in software development projects;
Proven experience in translating business requirements into user stories, use cases and technical requirements;
Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
Practical knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including planning, development, requirements management, change control, quality assurance and release management;
Proficiency in data analysis and the relationship between data in the organisation's business areas, as well as estimation techniques;
Fluency in English;
Good analytical, organisational and planning skills;
Good communication skills and customer orientation;
Dynamic, with a capacity for initiative and a critical sense;
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
