At least 5 years' professional experience in a similar role;
Experience in identifying, modeling and optimizing business processes;
Experience in public administration processes, preferably knowledge of the Functional Macrostructure/consolidated List;
Experience with automation/dematerialization of processes/document management tools;
Solid knowledge in process modeling techniques with BPMN 2.0;
Experience in user training and in the elaboration of materials;
Fluency in English;
Good ability to analyse data and interpret results to identify opportunities for improvement;
Good communication and teamwork skills.
