Supervise a team responsible responsible the day-to-day running of the Group's international mobility program whose purpose is to manage the transfer of internationally mobile staff from one country to another

YOUR MAIN ACTIVITIES ARE

Ensure respect of Group internal compliance and code of conduct requirements, as well as Group policies are procedures relating to the team's activity
Liaise, collaborate and coordinate with other team leaders, HR departments, as well as with internal and / or external parties, as required
Monitor team activity and resources; manage workload
Mentor and coach team, provide assistance and advice, develop competencies, set objectives and evaluate performance
Contribute to process and policy improvements and efficiencies
Ensure data quality and delivery of the team's daily function, and recurring annual tasks, in line with internal SLAs / KPIs
Be involved in complex / confidential / senior executive cases, as required
Be first point of contact for escalated queries relating to the team's activity
Provide internal and external parties with the elements required to deliver their services (data, Group policy positions, etc.)
Be involved in tools and technology upgrades and releases

PROFILE AND SKILLS TO SUCCESS

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
More than 4 years of professional experience in Human Resources, namely in Global Mobility
Proven knowledge of taxation and social security for international employees
Fluency in English is required
Proficiency in MS Office tools is required (Excel, Word, Power Point)
