Fusion Consulting is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Consultant with 3 to 6 years of experience to lead and manage small to mid-sized IT infrastructure projects within the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will oversee projects involving key infrastructure components, including:
Network
Data Center
Workplace Systems
Security
You will lead teams, taking full ownership of the project lifecycle to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while aligning with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure. What you will be doing:
Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring timely completion of project tasks. Coordinate efforts between departments and support the development of junior team members.
Develop and manage detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget, ensuring effective execution throughout all project phases.
Oversee the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects, including server setups, network enhancements, cloud transitions, and data center upgrades.
Facilitate regular meetings, provide consistent status updates, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure project transparency and proper escalation of issues.
Identify potential risks and issues, create mitigation strategies, and ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, status reports, RAID logs, and post-project evaluations, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and Gx P regulations.
Qualifications What we are looking for:
3-6 years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects, with at least one project in the pharmaceutical sector.
Strong communication skills for effectively conveying project status and risks to stakeholders.
Proven ability to identify, escalate, and mitigate risks in moderate-complexity projects.
Experience collaborating with project managers and contributing to process improvements.
Proficient in project management tools; quick learner of industry-specific software.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Fluency in English.
CAPM or PMP certification preferred; background in business, IT, or related fields.
