Health Safety & Environmental Officer – Sweden
Responsabilities:
- Implementing and enforcing all applicable program elements and provisions of standards;
- Equipment and facilities must conform fully with the standards contained and referenced in these standards;
- Ensures all employees and facilities are maintained under a safe work environment through preventive actions;
- To ensure all employees must observe all safety and health regulations and comply with instructions issued to them by their supervisors;
- Ensure that employees must promptly correct unsafe working conditions or report them to their supervisor or other proper authority
- Provides training and mentoring in HSE related topics to employees;
- Understands and uses personal protective equipment;
- Responds to and conducts small quantity spill containment and cleanup;
- Ability to act appropriately in emergency situations;
- Perform regular HSE inspections;
- Helps HSE Coordinator to conduct first level investigations of worksite accidents, injuries, reports preparation and assisting with employee medical needs as required;
- Minimum of one year in a safety class diploma equivalent and two (2) to three (3) years’ professional experience;
- First Aid/CPR;
- Proficient user of English (C1 / C2);
- Computer Literacy.
- Training in the digital tolls.
