As a Front Office Assistant in our company, you will be a key part of the team responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests from the moment of booking to check-out. Your dedication and professionalism will be essential to the operational success and reputation for excellence of our company. Main Responsibilities: · Management of guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming process; · Reservation management; · Attentive monitoring of guest stays, always available to meet their needs; · Communicate daily with guest queries by e-mail, phone call & Whats App, etc; · Rigorous control of apartment and service quality; · Effective organization of an external team and supervision of their daily activities to ensure a welcoming and functional environment. Requirements: · Have a degree, preferably in the Tourism or Hospitality area; · Mandatory: Fluent English & Portuguese; · Customer focused, trying to do right by the customer at all times; · Strong organization & multitasking skills to be able to balance & coordinate varying issues at different times; · Proactively be able to strategically think & solve problems; · Flexibility to work shifts, including rotating days off; · Willingness to work both in the office and at the apartments as needed to meet operational demands.
