What You’ll Do:
- Connect with customers through phone, email, and live chat to provide friendly, support.
- Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve queries with empathy, and efficiency.
- Work closely with your colleagues to share knowledge, strategies, and insights to continuously improve service.
- Annual salary €14930
- Food allowance working day €7.23
- Health care
- Start date 16th October
- Relocation package Flight reimbursement and Accommodation provided
- Shift pattern Monday to Friday
