Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
-
Investment projects control and payment request submissions (PRR, P20230)
- Preparation of maps for the payment requests - collect invoices, payments and payroll information
- Ensure correct expenses allocated to the projects
- Financial execution folow up of the projects
- Insurances, car fleet management and control
- Reports for governmental entities (INE)
- Control and report Capital Expenditure
- Ensure signature concept implementation according guidelines
- Calculation and control of general accruals
- Control of General ledger accounts
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Academic degree in Business Management or similar
- Highly motivated to team work
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication and social skills
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- High experience/Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Good knowledge in SAP
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience with investment projects
