Role Description:
- Support tasks and procedures between operations, local financial and shared services central teams;
- Elaboration, monitoring and control of financial budget, including the analysis of deviations and the proposal of corrective measures;
- Analyze, Monitor and Control the financial costs;
- Ensure that the information presented reflects reality;
- Preparation of periodic financial reports;
- Carry out internal audits and promote necessary adjustments;
- Implement, prepare and monitor KPI's.
- Communicate with external stakeholders: auditors, fiscal authorities, banks, local consultants and others
- Support and comply the group processes and procedures, contributing positively to improvements and necessary adjustments;
- Support the general accounting system, the analytical accounting and management control system;
- Support and analyze the monthly closing process, periodic review of accounting and reporting maps;
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Social Sciences and/or Economic Sciences;
- Ability to manage work under pressure and focus on achieving objectives
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, namely Excel;
- 5 years experience in similar functions;
- knowledge in Power BI tools;
- Experience in analytical, financial accounting and management control;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English – advanced level (other languages - plus);
- Capacity for initiative, dynamism and proactivity;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Relational and communication skills;
- Ability to manage work under pressure and focus on achieving objectives.
