Role Description:
- Coordinate tasks and procedures between operations and financial areas;
- Support the shared services central teams;
- Communicate and manage interactions with external stakeholders: auditors, fiscal authorities, banks, local consultants and others
- Coordinate the local financial support teams;
- Implement and maintain the group procedures, contributing positively to improvements and necessary local adjustments;
- Coordinate and improve the local general accounting system;
- Coordinate and improve the local analytical accounting and management control system;
- Participate on the monthly closing process, periodic review of accounting and reporting maps;
- Coordinate local structure accounts plans, cost center structures and all the mechanics of the reporting maps;
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Social Sciences and/or Economic Sciences;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, namely Excel;
- 5 years experience in similar functions;
- Experience in analytical, financial accounting and management control;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English – advanced level (other languages - plus);
- Capacity for initiative, dynamism and proactivity;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Relational and communication skills;
- Ability to manage work under pressure and focus on achieving objectives.
