Job Description: This is a Full-time On-site Position. As an assistant, you will report to our Site and Office Managers and your job will consist of the following tasks. -Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events. -Answer and direct phone calls and emails. -Maintain organised and up-to-date files. -Assist with personal tasks as needed. -Prepare meeting rooms and ensure all necessary materials are available.Assist in preparing expense reports. -Perform other tasks as needed to support executives and the office in general. -Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all personal and professional matters. Requirements: The ideal candidate should: - Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience as an EA. -Be well organised. -Be punctual. -Have Native Level of Portuguese. -Have excellent english writing and speaking skills (C1 minimum). - Speak Spanish and French (preferable). -Be trustworthy. -Have great Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
