Customer Support Specialist, Portuguese speaker
We're looking for Portuguese speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our client's team in the beautiful Lisbon!
What you'll do:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 800.00€ - 900.00€ per month

What you'll do:
- Provide customer assistance via incoming calls, live chat, email, and social media channels.
- Offering prompt and effective solutions to questions regarding account setup and verification, sign-in problems, financial matters, as well as general guidance on navigating the platform and resolving any technical issues.
- Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports industry.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to customer issues, inquiries, complaints, and comments via multiple channels.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Provide exceptional service, ensuring customers are satisfied with the solutions provided while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Offer feedback and recommendations to optimize internal processes.

- English B2
- Have an interest in sports and you are a team player with a positive attitude
- Have good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
- Are tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
- Have the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Previous experience in a customer service centre is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Availability to work on rotational shift
