Construction Manager for Modular and Tiny Houses (Lightweight Construction) in Portugal
We are seeking a Construction Manager (m/w/d)for modular and tiny houses (lightweight construction) up to 60 square meters. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a major project in Portugal, where you'll have the unique advantage of living on a stunning 1,000-acre estate. What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of two in building a prototype house.
Oversee the construction of up to 200 additional homes after the prototype is completed.
Ensure smooth project management and coordination with the project manager and quality control specialist.
Who We’re Looking For:
A passionate and detail-oriented individual who wants to commit to a long-term project.
Fluent English skills are required for communication within the team. German skill are also good.
Experience in managing construction projects, particularly with modular or lightweight builds.
