Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Managing indirect purchasing activities within Professional services area for the assigned countries (eg.: UK, Benelux);
- Delivery of category and subcategory results;
- Develop the specific expertise, including market know-how, sourcing methods and competences, for the defined scope;
- Implement the indirect purchasing processes ensuring compliance requirements;
- Input and implementation of the global strategy in the defined scope;
- Adapt and ensure the specific expertise, including market know-how, sourcing methods and competences within the defined scope;
- Establish and further develop standard processes and tasks within the defined scope;
- Drive competition / further develop and apply negotiation expertise;
- Preparation and approval of purchasing decisions / contracts in accordance with the signature regulations;
- Key Account / Stakeholder management as per assigned scope;
- Managing escalations;
- Lean Routines / CIP methods and tools.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Bachelor’s degree (Technical or Commercial) and professional work experience min. 1 year;
- Experience with purchasing methods and IT tools for Indirect Purchasing;
- Business fluent English knowledge in writing and speech;
- Negotiation skills;
- Cost analysis within Indirect Purchasing;
- Willingness to travel;
- Category specialized knowledge;
- Contract law and legal requirements, compliance;
- Project management and moderation skills.
