BPM Specialist (m/f/x)

Responsibilities:
- Support in modeling the processes based upon input collected via templates and interviews into the business process management tool of Webasto;
- To collect input for processes to be modeled from the business functions located all over the world;
- Support in training and e-learnings creation and maintenance for the education of business users which will be responsible for managing and operating business processes;
- Support in analyzing and developing business processes and data structures.
Requirements:
- College degree in Business Administration, Information technology, or similar;
- Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 standards is a plus;
- Passion for process modeling and designing;
- Excellent communication skills and passioned for teamwork;
- Knowledge of Office 365 key tools (MS Excel, MS Power BI, etc.);
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
