Accountant for General Ledger and Fixed Assets (m/f/x)
Location: Lisboa, PT

Responsibilities
- Manage monthly GL accounting activities (e.g. manual journal entries, account maintenance, accruals…);
- Creation and maintenance of assets including capitalization, Scrap, etc..;
- Manage bank statements;
- Perform period end closing activities and coordinate closing with local teams;
- Manage month end closing process (e.g. GL Account reconciliation, Balance Sheet review);
- Prepare and provide information to external auditors;
- Prepare and/or update desktop procedures.
Requirements
- 3-4 year of experience in General Ledger (R2R) Accounting;
- College degree in Business Administration or equivalent Accounting qualification;
- Able to analyse Balance Sheet accounts in line with IFRS;
- Working experience with SAP FI;
- Advanced knowledge of MS office tools (MS Outlook and Excel);
- Language skills: fluent in English;
- Team player with a good sense for different company/ country cultures;
- Pro-activeness with analytical and critical thinking.
