Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for
- Technical education (BA degree as a minimum)
- Demonstrable history (at least 2 years) in XML-related technologies, experience with one of the OOP languages, and integrating data into Workday or other low-code cloud-based solutions (i.e., Success Factors, Service Now, Salesforce, etc.)
- Very good knowledge of Internet technologies (web services), a good understanding of cloud computing concepts (Saa S), and associated integration challenges.
- Customer focus, ability to assess customer needs, build relationships, and manage customer expectations.
- Eagerness to deepen consulting and communication skills, e.g., presenting, supporting/leading workshops, demonstrating and explaining solutions to customers.
- Excellent English knowledge in writing and speaking.
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects. Team player flourishing while working in diverse and hybrid environments.
Nice to have:
- Workday HCM/Financial Partner certification(s), or experience with other similar HCM/ERP systems (i.e., Success Factors, Salesforce, Service Now).
- Proficiency in other middleware/integration platforms.
- Experience in designing workflows to solve business and technical problems.

- Participate in best-in-class international Workday implementation or Workday optimization projects in the capacity of an Integrations Specialist.
- Bring value to our clients through advising, planning, and implementing Workday Integrations applications by documenting requirements, mapping processes, gathering system data, and converting data into the format required for integration with no supervision required.
- Communicate effectively with clients to convey project findings, updates, and recommendations.
- Work with clients and team members to scope and clarify requirements and achieve agreed deliverables.
