What you’ll achieve
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and documenting test plans and test cases for newly developed or current hardware, software and solutions products based on the Business Contract product specifications. You will collaborate with designers and technologists to determine test requirements and develop test tools for test projects.
You will:
- Provide advanced technical support, assist in troubleshooting and analyzing problems with new or re-engineered products, providing recommendations to senior support teams
- Design, develop and implement troubleshooting effective methods for systems and equipment
- Report test execution progress and issues to the engineering team, and manage the issues from creation to closure
- Develop, review and implement test strategies for hardware and software products and systems
- Build and review design, functional, technical and/or user documentation, as needed
