What you'll do:
Source and recruit top talent for technical roles (mobile, UX/UI design, testers) as well as back-office and leadership positions.
Use advanced sourcing techniques on Linked In, Git Hub, Behance, Dribble, and Boolean search.
Build and maintain relationships in the tech industry to tap into the right networks.
Work alongside Lidia, our experienced recruiter, to meet tight hiring deadlines.
Manage recruitment projects, conduct post-mortems, improve recruitment processes, and deliver training for technical recruiters.
About the role: This is a freelance B2B contract with an hourly rate of 70 - 90 PLN net. The work is fast-paced, primarily focusing on sourcing and selection for urgent technical and leadership roles. There are no paid holidays or sick leave, but we offer remote work, access to English lessons with native speakers, an annual training budget, and quarterly funds for mentoring and well-being.

3+ years of experience in tech recruitment within or for a software house.
Expertise in sourcing on platforms like Linked In, Git Hub, Behance, Dribble, and using Boolean search techniques.
Understanding of the software house recruitment landscape, including recent trends and best practices.
A strong network within the tech community and an agile approach to recruitment.
Recent experience (no outdated knowledge!) in recruiting for technical and back-office roles.
A positive attitude, proactivity, and readiness to propose and implement improvements.
