Your responsibilities:
- Serve as the Intercompany Contract Specialist, responsible for initiating new contracts, drafting contracts based on available templates, managing review and approval workflows, and ensuring proper contract storage in cooperation with our Transfer Pricing team.
- Work on data quality projects that affect direct and indirect tax compliance.
- Monitor, resolve, and report on tax queries and process-related issues raised by the business or our tax reporting providers.
- Identify system issues from a tax perspective and resolve them by collaborating with various teams, including finance, tax, tech, and external providers.
- Analyze new tax changes for the EMEA and APAC regions.
- Provide support and coordination in a wide range of projects, such as implementing tax law changes, tax process improvements, and standardization.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the efficiency of your activities and suggest process improvements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related tax area.
- 3-4 years of experience in tax compliance or an accounting background.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP experience.
- Tax technology experience.
- Experience working within multinational or culturally diverse teams.
