• you have min. 5 years of experience in implementing SAP Success Factors / SAP HCM solutions for customers,
• You have knowledge of SAP cloud solution architecture for HCM and implementation and integration models for SAP Success Factors,
• You are familiar with business processes related to SAP Success Factors and/or SAP HCM (employee development, recruitment, evaluation, training, succession, compensation, HR and payroll administration),
• You communicate fluently in English and German
• You have the following skills: analytical, teamwork and fast learning,
• You enjoy sharing knowledge,
• You can skillfully lead a team in the role of lead consultant.
