Previous consulting experience / Exposure to Internal project work.
Adept at using experience and knowledge of industry, geographical and technology trends to assess and shape business solutions.
Understanding of technology and its application to business.
Enthusiastic and able to drive own activities with minimum supervision.
Willingness to travel.
What skills will be appreciated?
you have min. 5 years of experience in implementing SAP Success Factors / SAP HCM solutions for customers,
You have knowledge of SAP cloud solution architecture for HCM and implementation and integration models for SAP Success Factors,
You are familiar with business processes related to SAP Success Factors and/or SAP HCM (employee development, recruitment, evaluation, training, succession, compensation, HR and payroll administration),
You communicate fluently in English and German
You have the following skills: analytical, teamwork and fast learning,
You enjoy sharing knowledge,
You can skillfully lead a team in the role of lead consultant.
