System Analyst
Summary
Andersen, an international IT company, invites an experienced System Analyst to work in the field of Information Technology and Services.
The customer is an international passenger and cargo transportation service. It is among the top 3 mobile services for ordering rides in the world: 150 million installations, 1 billion trips, 600+ cities in 45 countries.
The project is a financial model of travel: calculation of fees and taxes, financial accounting, fiscalization, and issuance of checks.

Responsibilities
- Describing the integration interaction (Sequence diagrams).
- Describing the overall technical solution for development.
- Preparing statements for complex tasks.
- Describing ways of integration and data flows of the customer's services with other services of the company and external partners.
- Drafting technical documentation together with developers.
- Modeling the domain area (entity relationship diagrams), business processes and algorithms (UML activity diagrams), functional capabilities (UML use case diagrams), and service interactions (UML sequence diagrams).
Requirements
- Experience as a System Analyst for 3+ years.
- Ability to decompose large tasks.
- Skills of modeling the subject area using BPMN and UML notations.
- Basic understanding of HTTP, GRPC, SOAP network protocols.
- Knowledge of XML, JSON, Protobuf data transfer protocols.
- Understanding of how modern web and mobile applications are organized: frontend, microservices, databases, APIs of external partners.
- SQL knowledge at the level of DDL/DML queries (ability to get, prepare any information from the database for analysis without involving a developer).
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
Desired skills
- Ability to read code in Go language.
- Experience in finance, financial or accounting, banking.
- Experience in designing integrations between a large number of services.
- Experience in designing integrations with external providers (payment providers).
- Experience in setting tasks for mobile clients.
