The Sr Info Sec Analyst CISO Office, as part of the Info Sec CISO Office is responsible for supporting and improving the cyber risk awareness program in creating a culture of cyber security in the organization through organizing activities related to cybersecurity awareness and trainings. While at the same time is responsible to encourage Info Sec teams to leverage synergies, improve cross-functional collaboration and increase team and stakeholder satisfaction.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 
  4+ years of experience and a proven track record in information technology, ideally on security and risk management domains.
• Prior experience facilitating organization-wide IT programs.
• Previous experience facilitating internal communication and continuous improvement activities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• In depth knowledge and understanding of information security concepts, industry best practices and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Must have at least a bachelor's degree, preferably in a technology-related field, or equivalent security training related experience
• Ability to collaborate with management in international corporate environments to drive decisions and communicate effectively.
• Ability to communicate technical subjects to both IT and business–centric audiences to build champions and deliver results.
• Ability to demonstrate industry leading security innovation skills and a good understanding of information security and privacy regulations.
• Leadership skills and ability to lead and motivate multi-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals.
• Team player with ability to build pro-active, co-operative working relationships with customers, peers and key stakeholders based on respect and teamwork.
• Flexible approach to travel.
• Excellent command of English, any additional languages are a plus.
• Professional security management certifications, such as Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or other similar credentials are desired

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• 
  Support internal communication strategies and ensure timely execution of key security training programs, communication campaigns and other activities in scope of CISO Office.
• Assist in improving efficiency and effectiveness of the information security services performed by Information Security function.
• Contribute to organize Information Security events, like Hackathons, Internal webcast, management visits, etc.
• Contribute to develop and implement People engagement activities, such as Wellbeing initiatives, Upskilling campaigns, mentoring/Coaching program, etc.
• Support the regular update of service components, such as Function Sharepoint pages, Calendar of Activities, Strategy documents, Operational Roadmap, Budget, etc.
• Maintain active contact and synchronize activities and goals with all the Info Sec teams and related functions working in security domain.
• Facilitate implementation of Info Sec Strategy and associated objectives across the organization.
• Build liaisons across the PMI network and closely collaborate with stakeholders across Information Security, Data Privacy, IT, Risk & Control, Legal, IT comms, etc.
• Contribute to the execution of cyber-attack simulations and table-top exercises.
• Contribute to the execution of Change Management activities.
